growing plants, speeding up growth, 'summoning' life from within his body (mostly plants, bugs, small animals, though he could technically go bigger than that), summoning any living animal to come over and do his bidding

healing people and even saving them from death by turning back time, so to speak. if someone is about to die and zephir heals them back to a healthy state from six months ago, that means that they now have six months to live.

flesh manipulation of his and other beings (cutting them open with a finger, keeping organs inside if need be, sealing them back up)

growing plants inside people by placing a seed in their body; inducing hanahaki disease; feeding people bugs

changing his own body, a form of shapeshifting that he mostly limits to just looking taller, for gender fluidity, etc.

generating 'copies' of himself that don't speak or produce the white fluid (more on this later)

illusions and hallucinations, mostly to make himself look even larger

light substance/dark substance: light substance is what Zephir produces naturally, instead of bleeding or crying, etc normally. it can be used to enhance magic, but mostly is used as a delicacy for those "aligned" with Life. Effects can be mood enhancing, physical improvements, increased libido, etc.

every time he smokes cigarettes, drinks too much alcohol, takes drugs, and suffers any kind of harm that require any form of self-healing, Zephir spits 'the bad' back out in the form of the dark substance, which has all the same effects except for those "aligned" with Death.
